Join us as our Product Manager Medical Controlling at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, in Wien with possibility of remote working to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.
Your Tasks:
Responsible for product management in the areas of coding, medical controlling, and revenue management for the markets in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with LKF as the primary focus for Austria
Define, evolve, and communicate the product vision and strategic direction for medical controlling and revenue management
Own the product roadmap Austria, including strategic prioritization and alignment with ORBIS Medical Controlling modules
Collect, analyze, define, and prioritize market, customer, and regulatory requirements with specific attention to Austrian LKF processes
Prepare, support, and conduct customer workshops for requirements validation and solution alignment
Ensure a structured defect management process and maintain high quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle
Drive implementation of prioritized requirements in close collaboration with R&D, fellow product managers, and key stakeholders
You bring in:
Degree in medicine, health economics, medical controlling, nursing, or a comparable field of study or training, ideally complemented by additional qualification in medical controlling
You have at least 5 years of practical experience in medical controlling in somatic medicine; knowledge of psychiatry would be desirable, e.g., in a hospital, health insurance company, medical service, or through experience with a software manufacturer.
Knowledge of the LKF model in Austria is essential.
You have knowledge of and are interested in processes in the field of medical controlling and revenue management and are able to communicate these clearly to non-experts
IT skills (ORBIS or comparable HIS, medical software in general)
An independent way of working and very good analytical skills as well as excellent communication and self-management skills
Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English are required

The minimum salary for this position is € 56.000 gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
