Life as a Project Manager - Automotive

In this role, you'll take ownership of projects across digital communication, content production, and community experiences for a leading global automotive brand. From initial briefing to final delivery, you'll be the driving force behind planning, coordination, and execution, keeping teams, clients, and external partners aligned. You're highly organised, confident in your decisions, and always thinking one step ahead. You anticipate challenges, build structures where they're needed, and make sure things get done. With strong editorial skills and a hands-on mindset, you'll bring ambitious ideas to life while ensuring every detail is taken care of.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Drive End-to-End Projects: Independently manage multiple projects from initial briefing and planning through execution and final delivery, taking full ownership of timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals.
• Build Structure & Drive Efficiency: Establish and optimise project workflows, timelines, task management, and communication structures to ensure clear responsibilities, efficient collaboration, and full visibility across all workstreams.
• Own Event & Production Organization: Coordinate events, content productions, and community activations from briefing to on-site execution, aligning internal teams, external partners, logistics, merchandise, and production requirements.
• Manage Client Communication: Act as a confident and reliable day-to-day contact for clients, leading project updates, managing expectations, coordinating feedback, and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Connect Teams & Partners: Coordinate creatives, content creators, strategists, production teams, and external suppliers, aligning priorities and ensuring smooth collaboration from concept to delivery.
• Drive Editorial Execution: Coordinate and support the development of newsletters, articles, and digital content, ensuring clear briefings, strong editorial quality, and timely delivery across communication channels.
• Stay Ahead of the Industry: Stay curious about automotive culture and the communities surrounding it, from motorsport to golf. Actively follow relevant developments, community conversations, and emerging trends, bringing inspiration and new opportunities into the team.
• Take Ownership & Solve Problems: Anticipate challenges, take initiative, and drive solutions independently. Make informed decisions, take responsibility for outcomes, and bring a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with the willingness to go the extra mile when it matters.
• Experience in project management, ideally within a creative or digital agency, automotive, or premium brand environment.
• Proven experience managing complex projects, content productions, and events from start to finish.
• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective structures while managing multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
• A confident, independent, and highly reliable working style, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana and collaborative workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work directly with clients and external partners.
• Excellent editorial skills and a solid understanding of digital communication, content, and community platforms.
• An interest in automotive culture, with experience or knowledge in motorsport and golf considered a plus.
• Fluent English and German, with a hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer.
