YOUR TASKS

• Budget Management& Cost Control: monitoring procurement budget, maintaining forecasts
• Purchasing Analysis & Reporting: generating various reports for management, such as monthly material cost reporting, analyzing purchasing trends, proposing and tracking corrective actions
• Prepare and assess business cases: make-or-buy analysis, localization initiatives, material cost improvements
• Support, track and report implementation progress and financial impact of improvement measures as part of the group transformation program
• Contribute to continuous improvements in procurement processes and procedures to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Stay updated on market trends, procurement technologies, and best practices to optimize purchasing decisions

YOUR PROFILE

• Min. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
• Proven experience in purchasing controlling, with a focus on financial controlling
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiations and cost management
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in procurement software, spreadsheets, and financial management tools
• Attention to details and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Business fluent in English - German or any other language is an advantage

• Salary is based on your qualifications and experience and will be discussed personally. According to the collective agreement, the minimum salary is € 3.775,27 gross per month.
