Full-time / 40 hours per week - 100% / Vienna Headquarters, AT

- Establishing a centralised, cross-location and cross-country safety and security management framework
- Creating organisation-wide safety and security standard documents
- Ensuring regular trainings on safety, security and travel management for different internal stakeholder groups
- Leading the assessment and improvement of the organisation’s global insurance coverage and ensuring adequate protection across all FOUR PAWS entities
- Coordinating insurance relations and handling policies contracted by VIER PFOTEN International
- Developing further and mentoring the organisational travel management
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Several years of relevant professional experience in an international field
- University Degree in Safety and Security Management, Economic Science, Business Administration or equivalent
- Professional knowledge of safety and security
- Communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English and German
- Ability to distill complex concepts and recommendations in a simple manner
- Analytical thinking with problem solving ability
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission
