Tasks:
- Design and implement hybrid cloud infrastructure and solutions that are secure, scalable, resilient, monitored, auditable, and cost-optimized
- Act as a technical lead for cloud technology adoption and migration while working closely with architecture, engineering, operations, and product development teams
- Responsible for identification and improvement of products/services lifecycle as well as execution of initiatives to reduce failure
- Analyze, diagnose, replicate, solve, and resolve technical issues across the entire infrastructure stack
- Lead automation of all possible processes and ensure continued good health of pipeline deployments by facilitating the technical design and high-quality coding of IaC solutions
- Responsible for building and maintaining software development technical environments as well as continuous integration and deployment based on cloud application design principles
- Embrace Dev Sec Ops principles and be able to advise and architect security solutions in cooperation with engineering and product teams
Requirements
Must-have skills:
- Completed higher education in the field of IT, Computer Science, or similar
- 4+ years of experience in public cloud engineering
- Minimum 4+ years of experience with enterprise-level IT projects and cloud-based technologies like PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, KaaS
- Knowledge of systems monitoring, alerting and analytics using AppDynamics, ELK, and cloud-native tools
- Experience in building automation, CI/CD ecosystem using Git, Groovy, Docker, Selenium, Jenkins, or similar
- Expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
- Proven experience with IaC using Terraform and/or Ansible Tower
- Experience in deploying and troubleshooting highly available, secure, and reliable services using Kubernetes
- Hands-on scripting experience using shell (PowerShell and/or bash), Python, Ruby, or others
- Strong experience with Azure
- Fluent English
Nice to have skills:
- AWS Public Cloud technologies
- Experience with IT configuration/management tools and technology - Puppet, Ansible, VMware, KVM, Hyper-V, etc.
