Senior Global Medical Advisor (m/w/d) - temporary

This position is temporary until 30.04.2028 .

Your main tasks and responsibilities

• Managing the publications process related to clinical studies conducted by Octapharma
• Supervision and maintenance of the in-house literature database
• Medical revision and compilation of outgoing text documents (e.g. PIL, PI, SPC, DSURs/PSURs)
• Answering of medical enquiries associated with the use of any of the company’s products
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of a database for medical enquiries
• Medical Advisor and interface to internal departments
• Development and approval of marketing materials
• Support of Octapharma activities at international congresses
• Responsible for project management of phase IV programs

Your expertise and ideal skill set

• Completed academic degree, ideally in a medical or scientific background (MD or PhD)
• Experience in critical care, regulatory, clinical development or drug safety would be an advantage
• Advanced skills in scientific writing and researching in medical databases
• Fluent English, additional languages beneficial
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Readiness to travel

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4.270,14 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
