We are looking for you, located in Vienna with the possibility of hybrid working as a
Software Development Team Lead (m/f/d)
Your tasks are:
Team Leadership: Lead (disciplinarily and functionally) and mentor several agile teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and agile principles
Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that teams meet deadlines and quality standards
Performance Management: Set targets and conduct regular check-ins with all team members
Agile Practices: Promote and implement agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to optimize team efficiency and project outcomes
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, learning, and innovation within the teams
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products and services adhere to architectural guidelines and meet the highest quality standards
You’ll bring in:
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science OR corresponding professional experience, ideally paired with medical knowledge
Several years of experience in leading agile teams
Experience in recruitment
Application of Scrum methodology in international and multi-site environments
Change management skills in an international environment
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles
Proficiency in agile project management tools (e.g., Jira)
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle
Healthcare Domain knowledge

Strong leadership personality with excellent communication, motivation, and change management skills

The minimum salary for this position is € 56.000 gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
