We are looking for you to join the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Kliniken Education Institute as a

Secretary (m/f/d).

• Communication and contact person for trainees, pedagogical staff, responsible persons of the training providers, external partners and guests
• Processing of incoming and outgoing mail, telephone support including answering redirected calls from teachers and independent processing of inquiries
• Appointment management, organization and administration of examinations, event management and applicant management
• Procurement of materials and building management
• Administration of all documents and data maintenance for trainees, preparation of all necessary applications, certificates and statistics
• Billing and administration of honorary lecturers

• Commercial training or training in office management
• Professional experience in a comparable function is an advantage
• Very good IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) and a willingness to familiarize yourself with the Easy-Soft school organization program
• Confident, understandable and concise verbal and written communication skills to represent the schools in the healthcare sector in all matters
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
