• working with the R&D Department on the development and implementation of new products,
• participating in every stage of product implementation and testing,
• creating and updating technical and production documentation,
• selecting and assessing the quality of raw materials and additives,
• sensory evaluation of product samples; conducting tastings,
• updating data in the system and ensuring its accuracy.

• at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a manufacturing company in the food industry,
• experience in sensory analysis of food,
• experience in applying the provisions of European and Polish food law relating to: wine products, spirits, food additives, flavourings, customs duties, excise duty and food labelling,
• a university degree (preferably in food technology, biotechnology, chemical engineering or chemistry),
• knowledge of quality management standards and systems (IFS, HACCP, ISO 9001),
• organisational and analytical skills,
• very good command of Polish (enabling fluent conversation and polish law analysis),
• very good command of English or German (enabling fluent conversation),
• proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Proposed remuneration:

• up to 12,000.00 PLN gross per month under an employment contract (ca 2,820.00 EUR gross per month) mandatory deductions as stipulated by Polish law will be made from the remuneration offered.
