Your Tasks:

• Development and maintenance of data management and governance policies.
• Ensuring data quality through implementation of audit mechanisms and standards.
• Management and maintenance of master data including consolidation and integration from various sources.
• Collaboration with IT and business departments to identify, classify and fulfill data requirements.
• Creation and maintenance of a central data catalog that lists all of the company's data resources.
• Initiation, design and monitoring of projects to improve data management practices.
• Providing reports and analytics to support the business in making data-driven decisions.
• Training and support of employees in handling data and data processes

Your Skills:

• Completed studies in computer science, information management, business informatics or a related field.
• Several years of experience in data management, particularly in the management of master data and the implementation of data governance strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bring interdisciplinary teams together.
• In-depth knowledge of data quality management, data processing and relevant data protection regulations
• Experience in process optimization and standardization
• Experience in international business environments is an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
