You would like to…

• create orders and inquiries in the ERP system (according to the project manager’s service order)
• prepare project proposals and maintain and track projects in the ERP system
• evaluate and monitor all maintenance costs
• collect statistics on the respective projects and compile maintenance and project key figures.
• process correspondence and check incoming invoices
• organize and coordinate training dates and business trips
• translate technical documents and reports into English
• participate in presentations (also in English)

We wish for…

• a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
• Interest in organizational and commercial work as well as technical matters
• experience in administration and project management, if possible
• confident use of MS Office applications (especially Excel) and ERP systems (MS Navision or SAP)
• good written and spoken German and English skills
• an independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
