- Administration, maintenance, and further development of Microsoft 365 and Azure products
- Management and security of the Microsoft 365 tenant (including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Implementation and monitoring of security measures (e.g., MFA, Conditional Access, Security Policies)
- Support and management of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory)
- Handling 1st and 2nd level service requests and incident reports
- Support and management of standard applications to ensure smooth operations
- Creation and maintenance of documentation as well as assistance with IT projects
- Collaboration with internal departments to ensure a high level of service
- Completed technical education or degree in IT or relevant professional experience
- Experience in administration and management of IT systems
- Good German and English skills
- Independent and structured working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach combined with strong service orientation
- Team player with excellent communication skills

We will agree on classification and salary based on your professional and personal qualifications in line with market standards.
The legally required minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is EUR 37,289 gross per year. Willingness to pay significantly above this amount.
