Your contribution to success
- Order entry in SAP and customer support via e-mail and telephone
- Processing and answering customer complaints
- Correspondence in several languages
- Processing SAP control lists and creating various evaluations
Your success factors
- Completed basic training, ideally in a commercial environment
- Good verbal skills and pleasant telephone voice
- Very good German and good French skills, Italian and English an advantage
- High service mindset and enjoyment in dealing with customers
- Good PC skills, SAP an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
