Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (HR specialist or similar) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in human resources and knowledge of labour, tax and social security law
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Independent and structured way of working
• Sense of responsibility and discretion

Your area of responsibility:

• Creation and support of job advertisements
• Applicant management
• Advising and supporting managers and employees (m/f/d) in personnel matters
• Contract management
• Dealing with correspondence
