Your profile:

• Commercial training (office management/communication clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or similar)
• Experience in invoicing is an advantage (approx. 1 year)
• Confident handling of MS Office and affinity for numbers
• Careful and independent way of working
• Team spirit and communication skills

Your tasks:

• General administrative tasks
• Creation of complex invoices (with Sage KHK)
• Recording new employees
• Master data maintenance
• Creation of apprenticeship contracts
