During your apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), you will acquire the following skills:

• You will take on general administrative tasks and handle telephone calls, emails and correspondence, as well as processing incoming and outgoing mail
• You will also organise and coordinate meetings and business trips and create presentations
• Invoicing and checking invoices, documenting incoming payments and operational dunning will also be part of your responsibilities
• You will create, check and maintain orders and order data and take care of ordering, e.g. spare parts

Certain qualities and requirements will help you get the most out of your apprenticeship:

• You have at least a secondary school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification or higher educational qualification
• You have good grades in German, mathematics and English
• You have an interest in business, commerce and technology
• You are a team player, committed and reliable
• Organisational skills, strong communication skills and an independent way of working round off your profile.
