Your tasks:

• Planning and project management services for construction projects in the healthcare sector
• Organization and coordination of renovations as well as new buildings and extensions
• Project management from preliminary planning to handover to the client
• Scheduling, cost control as well as contract, supplementary and claims management in cooperation with our construction controlling department
• Implementation and support of public and restricted tenders
• Personnel responsibility for the project team you manage (approx. 3-5 employees)

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed engineering studies, e.g. in architecture or civil engineering, or comparable technical training (e.g. construction technician) with several years of professional experience
• Experience in hospital construction is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Strong leadership skills and extensive technical expertise
• Sound knowledge of the legal principles of work contract law, HOAI, AHO and VOB
• Confident handling of the relevant office, scheduling, AVA and CAD programs (MS Office, MS Project, ORCA, Allplan)
• Class B driving license and willingness to travel
