Tasks

Administrative Allrounder/Sales Operations Assistant 80%
Responsibilities
- Administrative and organizational activities.
- Take a proactive role in anticipating challenges and developing strategies to meet them.
- Review and ensure all legal and regulatory documents and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Implement new operational processes and structures as the company size increases.
- Assist the management.
- Managing personnel administration and accounting.

- Commercial education (KV, eidg. Organisator or similar education).
Experienced in similar positions. - Native language German, good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
- Experienced with generative AI tools.
