Your mission & challenges

As an IT Support & System Administrator, you will ensure the stability, security, and smooth operation of all IT systems supporting our engineering and robotics development teams. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining workstations, servers, networks, and peripheral devices across the company
• Performing hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and implementing sustainable solutions
• Ensuring data security through backup strategies, access control, and system monitoring
• Administering Windows and Linux Server environments, including user management, updates, and configuration
• Installing, updating, and maintaining IT applications, development tools, and engineering software
• Providing hands-on IT support for employees, including CAD users and general IT application support
• Supporting IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and integration of new technologies
• Collaborating closely with engineering and robotics teams to ensure high availability and reliability of development environments

What we can look forward to

Must-have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• Solid understanding of Windows workstations, engineering servers, and peripheral devices
• Knowledge of networking basics (LAN, VPN, DNS, firewall concepts)
• Experience with backup strategies, data security best practices, and version control systems
• Experience in software installation, update, and patch management
• Understanding of Windows & Linux Server environments

Nice-to-have:

• Experience supporting engineering or hardware development teams
• Knowledge of automation or scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or automated engineering workflows
• Exposure to CAD/PLM environments (bonus but not required)
