Über diesen Job
We are looking for an experienced AI Platform Engineer to support the design, build, and operation of a secure, enterprise-grade GenAI / agentic AI platform within a regulated financial services environment.
The platform is built on the Microsoft AI ecosystem (Azure & Microsoft 365) and enables internal teams to develop, deploy, and operate AI solutions across low-code, pro-code, and hybrid delivery models.
The goal is to establish scalable, reusable platform capabilities that reduce complexity, accelerate delivery, and ensure governance, security, and compliance.

Design and build a centralized enterprise AI platform for agentic solutions

Define and implement standardized development environments and platform services

Establish secure identity, networking, and governance patterns

Ensure production-grade observability, monitoring, and reliability

Enable internal teams to efficiently deliver AI solutions on shared platform foundations

Drive platform standardization and architectural consistency

Support policy-driven governance and responsible AI practices

Collaborate closely with Microsoft ecosystem developments and product roadmap alignment

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry / AI platform engineering

Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric

Solid understanding of enterprise platform architecture

Experience in security, governance, and observability in production environments

Ability to design scalable solutions across low-code, pro-code, and hybrid models

Experience in regulated environments (ideally banking or financial services)

Strong engineering mindset with focus on scalability, reliability, and compliance
