We are looking for a versatile and hands on professional to take on a key role at the intersection of analytics, core systems, and operations. The position combines ownership of the analytics and reporting platform with coordination of the overall book of work across core systems. The role reports directly to the COO and works closely with business, operations, IT, and external partners.

Your tasks

• Maintain an overview of the book of work across core systems, including changes, priorities, and delivery progress
• Extract and analyse data from core systems to support business and operational needs
• Develop and manage the existing analytics and reporting platform, including dashboards, reporting, and automation
• Coordinate releases and system changes with IT, vendors, and stakeholders using structured delivery and change processes such as Jira, testing, and user acceptance testing
• Provide reporting and analytical support to business and operations teams
• Ensure transparency, alignment, and effective communication across stakeholders
• Support the team with day-to-day business activities and operational tasks related to analytics and core systems

Your profile

• Familiarity with core banking systems and regulated environments
• Experience with analytics/BI platforms and data reporting
• Comfortable managing backlogs, change processes, and delivery tracking
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Professional proficiency in English – German and Spanish are an advantage
