Aufgaben

Collaboration in front-to-end management of cash instruments relating to transfers, money market, foreign exchange, etc. / Analysis and implementation of optimisations in AVALOQ for payments for payment, from programming to integration, testing and subsequent rollout / Monitoring of payment flows in cooperation with trading and ensuring delivery quality / Correct and timely processing of all customer instructions / Monitoring the operation of instant payment as a container solution / Taking appropriate measures to optimise processes and systems / Identifying process gaps and system weaknesses in collaboration with internal and external specialists / Point of contact for all cash-related enquiries within the bank / Ensuring high customer satisfaction through continuous feedback and product adjustments / Close collaboration with IT specialists / Collaboration in local and global projects.

Qualifikation

Master's or Bachelor's in Business Administration / Professional experience in banking with the Software Avaloq, Finnova or SimCorp, ideally in payment transactions / Avaloq Certified Professional (ACP) certification as an advantage or similar / Knowledge of investment instruments such as foreign exchange and cash as well as market products (credit cards, etc.) / Interest in working in a high-performing development team for payment solutions / Interest in problem analysis and solution finding in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams / Analytical personality with an eye for both detail and the big picture / Service-oriented approach to work / Team-player and communicator / Contribution to open, constructive communication / IT Flair, interest for bank software / Knowledge of MS Office applications / German and English.
