My client is a Blockchain / Crypto company that is looking to hire a CFO (m/f/d), based in Zurich / Zug / Vienna or Vaduz.

Aufgabengebiet

• Lead and develop the company's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting functions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure full compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, including MiCA.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders: auditors, regulators, financial institutions, and investors.
• Design and optimize internal financial processes and controls for scalability and security.
• Analyze financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, including crypto treasury and asset management.
• Provide strategic input on business model innovations.

Anforderungsprofil

• Proven experience as head of finance / CFO in an established Blockchain company with international exposure.
• Strong understanding of financial and regulatory environments in Switzerland, Austria, and/or Liechtenstein.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and/or Swiss GAAP FER.
• Familiarity with crypto-specific financial operations (e.g., custody, staking, token accounting etc.).
• Experience with international tax planning and transfer pricing is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, international mindset
