In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Change & Adoption Consultant within the Change & Adoption Advisory team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of new initiatives by fostering engagement, managing resistance, and providing insights for sustainable adoption.
- Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement effective change management strategies that align with business objectives and promote user adoption.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations, ensuring their voices are considered in the change process.
- Resistance Management: Identify potential sources of resistance to change and devise strategies to mitigate or overcome them, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Communication Planning: Create comprehensive communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Training & Support: Design and deliver training programs to equip users with the skills necessary to effectively utilize new systems or processes. Provide ongoing support to address any issues that arise post-implementation.
- Insight & Evaluation: Gather and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

- Change Management Expertise in an AI and automation driven transformational environment: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of change management principles and methodologies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change initiatives effectively are essential.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, manage expectations, and build consensus for change.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving and Facilitation: Capable of analyzing complex situations, identifying root causes, and facilitating resolutions.
- Attention to Detail and Organization: Strong attention to detail, along with excellent organizational and time management skills, is required. Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.
- Feedback-Driven Improvement: Motivated by the review process and able to incorporate constructive feedback into your work.
- Business fluency in English and German (C1 is a must).
- Swiss/EU passport or valid permit required.
- Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, PMP) and tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- Training and Development: Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Certification: Possession of recognized change management certifications (like Prosci, ADKAR, or similar) would be beneficial.
