• Serve as the primary point of contact for professional clients like Financial Intermediaries, Multi Family Offices and Fund Managers providing tailored solutions in daily interactions
• Manage and execute client inquiries and orders with precision and efficiency
• Ensure seamless execution of all client-related processes and transactions, acting as a reliable and trusted advisor
• Perform both administrative and conceptual tasks to support client needs and business objectives
• Contribute actively to the achievement of team goals through collaboration and shared responsibility
• Participate in the distribution of responsibilities within the team to ensure optimal service delivery

Your team
You will join the FIM Europe team, based in Zurich. We are dedicated to serving external asset managers across Europe with passion and professionalism. Our ambition is to be the partner bank of choice within the Swiss financial market. We place great emphasis on delivering efficient, high-quality service at all times.
Your expertise
• Several years of experience in a similar client advisory role, ideally within the banking or financial services sector
• Strong banking knowledge and solid understanding of capital markets
• Excellent proficiency in common computer applications and systems
• High level of risk awareness and commitment to quality standards
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
• Independent and team-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both German and English
