We’re looking for an Engagement & Activation Specialist to:
• design and implement digital client activation and sales campaigns supporting GWM EMEA sales ambitions, working closely with Advisory and Sales (A&S), Front, Marketing, Marketing Automation, and Control Functions
• prepare and upload content into digital tools (e.g., UBS Campaign, Client Dialog Management (CDM), Smart Mail), ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal, cross-border, and internal policy requirements, including initiating client send-outs directly through the tools
• collaborate with control functions to secure necessary approvals of content and audience, while building team expertise for routine cases
• develop and implement digital sales pilot concepts, integrating lessons learned into daily business, while monitoring digital marketing, sales, and client engagement trends to identify future focus areas
• identify and shape digital sales and digital client activation change requirements in related digital product suite in collaboration with Agile Delivery Organization
• collaborate with EMEA domestic markets to share lessons learned, leverage insights and maximize impact

You’ll join our Global Wealth Management division, working in the Innovation & Experience team within GWM EMEA Chief of Staff in Zurich. As part of the newly established Digital Client Activation (DCA) team, you’ll help shape a unit dedicated to systematic digital client activation and accelerating digital sales transformation across GWM EMEA.
What is our mission?
The DCA team combines run-the-bank and change-the-bank responsibilities, focusing on digital activation for existing clients. Key priorities include:
• centralized distribution of CIO and sales content via digital channels (UBS Campaign, CDMs, Smart Mail)
• close collaboration with the Innovation & Experience team to address pain points, share best practices, and streamline priorities into the Agile Delivery Organization
Your expertise
• 3-5 years’ experience in digital communications, digital marketing, or digital sales within wealth management
• experienced in project management and digitalization programs, ideally within wealth management
• proven ability to manage communications projects independently and maintain strong business partner relationships
• excellent at conveying complex ideas simply and comprehensively
• solution-oriented, accustomed to tight deadlines, and attentive to detail
• fluent in English; proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus
