What will you do in this role?

• Support the Zurich Enrollment Team in communicating with prospective students and parents
• Assist in presenting EF Academy programs and the boarding school experience
• Help prepare and support school fairs, information events, and consultations
• Support administrative and follow-up tasks within the admissions process
• Conduct research on schools, markets, and recruitment activities
• Work closely with international teams to ensure a positive experience for families

What are we looking for?

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program
• Fluency in English; German and/or French are a strong advantage
• Interest in education, international relations, marketing, or admissions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• International mindset; experience studying or living abroad is a plus
• Well-organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Passion for supporting students and families with important educational decisions
