Launch your career with impact!
We are looking for curious, motivated graduates with strong people skills who want to grow, learn, and make a difference. If you hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD and have up to three years of professional experience, apply to our 18-month Graduate Programme starting 1 September 2026.
You will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of reinsurance, rotate into a different team, and receive tailored training to build your expertise. This is your chance to shape your future – and help protect societies from the world’s most complex risks.
About the Role
Step into a dynamic graduate position that bridges financial reporting expertise with cutting-edge data skills. You'll help transform complex financial information into actionable insights while learning how a global (re)insurance powerhouse measures performance and communicates its financial story.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly and quarterly closes by validating figures and highlighting key performance drivers
- Develop understanding of how insurance accounting results connect to group reporting across different accounting bases
- Transform data into clear analyses and visualizations that inform strategic decisions for finance leaders using modern analytics platforms
- Contribute to digitalization initiatives that make reporting processes faster, more transparent, and increasingly reliable
- Collaborate across disciplines with finance, actuarial, and data colleagues through structured rotations and project work
About the Team
We are the Reporting Solutions team within Global Finance Operations & Transformation Unit — partners to the Finance organization and guardians of financial reporting and analytics. Our remit spans the close, from financial sub‑ledger through General Ledger up to group reporting, and the data foundations that power them. We provide ready to use reports and tools for internal management reporting, external compliance reporting (incl. group IFRS results as well as local regulatory, statutory reporting valuations), analytics on big data and explore recent technologies like AI & GenAI for Finance.
What we are proud of: a strong problem-solving and innovation mindset, a culture of teaching and learning, and an open, collaborative style. Leaders are accessible, feedback is two‑way, and ideas that improve the close or elevate data quality are celebrated.
You thrive in collaborative environments and approach challenges with curiosity and persistence. With keen attention to detail and strong communication skills, you're eager to apply your academic knowledge to real-world financial reporting while continuously developing your technical capabilities.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree completed or in final year with up to 3 years of professional experience
- Strong interest in working with financial data and motivation to learn or develop skills in SQL/Python and reporting BI tools (such as SAP AfO, Microsoft PowerBI, Palantir Foundry Contour)
- Interest in financial accounting and reporting (demonstrated through coursework or projects) and understanding of how (re)insurance creates value
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
The base salary range for this position will be shared with you during the interview process.
The application process is open for at least 4 weeks and if you do not hear from us within this time frame, it does not mean your application is ignored. We will get back to you latest by mid-November.
