IT Group Risk Manager

Further development of the banking group's IT risk management strategy / Advising senior management on all IT risk issues, such as risk prevention, risk identification, risk assessment, probability of occurrence of IT risks, damage analysis, etc. / Further development of a robust control framework with regard to cyber-attacks, system failures, data loss, and legal risks / Collaboration in all committees responsible for monitoring and controlling IT risks within the banking group / Ensuring the quality of the IT risk register as a central tool (source of information) in project and corporate management, which records (identification and documentation), evaluates (assessment and prioritization), and monitors (control and monitoring) all identified IT-related risks / Advising the IT department on the further development of IT risk strategies to promote awareness of risk mitigation in day-to-day business / Responsible for preparing a meaningful IT risk reports for the CRO office / Contact person for the IT auditors from the external auditing firm and for the Group Internal IT Audit / Ad hoc projects for Group IT Risk Management and Group Security.

Master's or Ph.D. / CPA, CISA, CISSP etc. / Knowledge of private banking and the requirements of IT risk management and robust control environment acquired in auditing (IT audits) or management consulting on IT risks / Expertise in risk-oriented collaboration with senior management and department heads / High level of competence in top-down approaches, business analysis, and requirements engineering / In-depth knowledge of quality management, IT resilience, and IT security / Interest in conceptual tasks and presentations to committees or management boards / Analytical, independent personality with leadership qualities / Efficient and effective working style / Team orientation and skilled in communication and negotiation / Languages: German and English.
