• You implement the global cloud managed services strategy in the Swiss market
• You are continuously developing our service portfolio (public, private, hybrid, AI, SAP, Oracle, hyperscaler)
• You ensure scalability, standardization and sustainability of our services

• You take on the disciplinary leadership of our cloud managed services organization
• You are responsible for the professional development of operating models, standards and governance
• You manage international delivery teams in close cooperation with near/offshore units
• You strategically develop our teams
• You are responsible for budget, resource and capacity planning

• You ensure the stable, secure and efficient operation of our cloud services
• You are responsible for SLA compliance and service quality
• You manage incident, problem and change management
• You continuously optimize processes, automation and efficiency (e.g. FinOps, AIOps)
• You control the economic performance of the service company

• You define and are responsible for service governance and operational guidelines
• You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• You work closely with security and compliance units

• You support sales and customer service teams with managed services deals and transformations
• You are the central point of contact for operational and delivery issues
• You manage escalations at management level

• Completed degree (e.g. computer science or comparable)
• Several years of experience in managed services or cloud operations environments
• Many years of management experience (min. 10 years) in complex delivery organizations
• Profound knowledge of hyperscaler technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Experience in IT service management, cloud governance, and FinOps
• Knowledge of the Swiss market is an advantage

• Excellent leadership and communication skills in Swiss German and English
