If designing GTM systems and turning experiments into predictable growth is your craft – this is your opportunity to build and scale the commercial engine of a fast-growing technology company based in Zurich.
Benetics AI is the leading platform for professionals on construction sites.
Our solution is already used by over 300 companies across Switzerland, Germany, France and the US. We help workers on site document work, manage tasks and improve communication with the office.
In this role, you’ll own the systems that turn go-to-market ideas into scalable, measurable outcomes – and expand Benetics AI across even more markets and customer segments.
Tasks
Design the GTM Engine
- Build scalable processes from lead identification to acquisition and conversion
- Define and prioritize markets based on existing ICP segments
- Translate insights into repeatable GTM playbooks
Run Campaigns and Drive Experiments
- Plan and execute GTM bets together with Marketing and Sales
- Launch targeted outbound and multi-channel campaigns
- Increase lead quality, conversion and expansion potential by doubling down on what works
Analytics and Steering
- Build clear funnel and performance tracking
- Monitor key growth and revenue metrics
- Identify early signals and steer proactively
Requirements
- 4+ years in GTM, Growth, Revenue Ops, or Demand Gen
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech products
- Proven ability to build systems that scale
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on execution power
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Native or near-native German, fluent in English
- Familiar with GTM stacks (e.g. Clay, Smartlead, HubSpot)
