Join our Packaging Development Team and get hands-on experience with international packaging projects! You’ll handle your own small projects and collaborate with internal and external teams to make a real impact.

How you will create a beautiful impact:

• Take Charge: Own and deliver an internship project.
• Team Support: Help our packaging engineers with various tasks.
• Testing: Conduct essential packaging tests.
• Materials Management: Choose and specify packaging materials and ensure accurate SAP data entry.
• Trial Runs: Organize and perform filling trials.
• Innovate: Work on process optimization or packaging improvement projects.

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

• Education: Student or graduate in packaging technology, material science, industrial design, or similar.
• Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Languages: Fluent in English (German is a plus!).
• Attributes: High commitment, initiative, structured and autonomous work style, problem-solving skills, team player, open-minded, and communicative.

How YOU will be set up for success:

First 30 days: In your first week you will have get-to-know meetings with your direct team members and manager while conducting HR, IT and Finance onboarding sessions. During your next few weeks, you will then meet your internship community, wider colleagues, and stakeholders.

60 days: Now it’s time that you start working on your internship project that has been assigned and selected with you. You also start supporting the team on first tasks.

90 days : This is the time when you start making a real impact and take ownerships of smaller projects and tasks while strengthening your knowledge in global work environment. Keep on mastering your skills!
