Aufgaben

Responsible for the smooth operation of critical IT streams related to private banking compliance, onboarding, KYC, financial transactions, anti-money laundering (AML), and fraud detection, etc. / Organization and further development of application support and service operations for these IT service streams / Responsible for coordinating incident and problem management processes / Responsible for the ongoing improvement of service operations and service products / Conducting audits, analysis, and evaluation of service risks and response times until the problem is resolved / Responsible for ongoing risk mitigation in IT streams / Responsible for ongoing initiatives for continuous service improvement through automation and process improvements / Responsible for service catalog content for IT streams, SLA management, and documentation maintenance / Reporting to stakeholders worldwide / Ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration / ITIL certification / Knowledge of a bank, its processes, and compliance rules for account opening, KYC, AML, KYT, fraud detection, access controls/security, etc. / Professional experience in IT service management / Analytical personality with attention to detail and a structured, independent way of working / Team orientation and interest in intercultural cooperation / Interest in multitasking and working at a high level of quality / Experience in routinely dealing with deadlines and regulations / Intercultural understanding / Communication and presentation skills / IT affinity, database knowledge / Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel / German or French and English.
