Tasks

• Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, toasties and coffee and more with precision and speed
• Take orders and guide guests confidently through the menu (with a smile)
• Deliver warm, natural customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain high presentation standards: every product represents the brand
• Keep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Support with inventory checks, stock control, and daily restocking
• Monitor product levels and communicate shortages proactively
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Work closely with the team to keep operations smooth and efficient

Requirements

• Previous hospitality or food service experience is a plus (but not a must)
• Experience preparing smoothies or açaí is a plus (but not a must)
• You’re fast, structured, and calm under pressure
• Naturally friendly and confident with guests (always with a smile and positive attitude)
• You care about details and cleanliness
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
