- Collaborate with Talent teams to form a coherent leadership capability framework aligned to strategy, values and leadership expectations
- Translate business priorities into structured leadership learning journeys across career stages
- Lead co-creation sessions with senior leaders, HR, Talent and SMEs while maintaining design integrity
- Oversee pilots and continuously iterate based on data and feedback to ensure maximum impact
- Ensure alignment between leadership and transversal skills academies to avoid duplication
- Act as thought leader on leadership development trends and evidence-based practice
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure scalable implementation across the organization

You combine deep knowledge of leadership frameworks with practical implementation skills and have a talent for influencing senior stakeholders while delivering measurable results. Your ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences sets you apart.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-level leadership development programmes
- Strong understanding of leadership frameworks, adult learning principles and behaviour change
- Exceptional demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organisations
- Experience running pilots and embedding programmes at scale, not just designing content
- Strong facilitation and synthesis skills; able to translate complexity into clarity
These are additional nice to haves:
- Data-informed mindset with experience using evaluation insights to drive iteration
- Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional team structures
- Global or cross-cultural leadership development experience
- Experience with digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches
- Background in organizational development or change management
