Intro
We’re on a mission to change how people invest — and we need someone who can own the customer journey from first click to lifelong investor.
This isn’t your standard “email marketing” gig. You’ll design and run automated systems that onboard new customers faster, activate them earlier, bring them back if they drop off, and inspire them to invest more — all while making the experience feel effortless and exciting.
You’ll blend storytelling, behavioural psychology, and sharp analytics to turn new signups into loyal, high-value users. You’ll get the freedom to run experiments, test wild ideas, and see the direct impact of your work on the company’s growth.
Tasks
What You’ll Do
- Design & execute automated email flows for onboarding, activation, reactivation, and upselling using Customer.io (knowledge of Klaviyo is a plus).
- Write compelling email copy and design layouts that maximise conversion, engagement, and click-through rates.
- Manage referral, affiliate, and welcome programs, including discount codes and bonus campaigns.
- Run experiments to improve onboarding speed, activation rates, referral program efficiency, and investment behaviour.
- Own NPS and customer satisfaction surveys to gather actionable insights.
- Perform exploratory analysis to understand user behaviour, campaign performance, and automation impact — and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Requirements
Who You Are
- A Customer.io power user who knows how to segment, automate, and optimise flows.
- A conversion-focused copywriter who can turn features into irresistible stories.
- Comfortable running A/B tests and translating data into growth decisions.
- Fluent in English (C2), with excellent written and spoken communication.
- Curious, analytical, and allergic to “just send another email” as a strategy.
Bonus Points For
- Klaviyo experience.
- Amplitude or MixPanel experience
- AppsFlyer experience
- Native German (big plus).
- French (nice to have).
- Understanding of Django for data integration (not required).
