About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team in Zurich. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German , with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions for enterprise clients. This role will focus on delivering high-quality solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring Dynamics 365 meets business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Finance, Sales, Customer Service, or relevant modules).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Dynamics 365 systems.
• Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users.
• Ensure best practices, documentation, and compliance with project standards.
• Participate in full project lifecycle: analysis, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Requirements:

• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, or HR.
• Experience in configuring workflows, integrations, and customizations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Previous experience in consulting or large-scale implementations.
