Join a dynamic team within Digital Business Transformation as a Project Manager with the responsibility to drive the bank’s transformation agenda in close collaboration with the various stakeholders along the value chain.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Drive projects, initiatives and activities that address the Bank’s growth ambitions with a focus on operational efficiency by leveraging technology

• Play an active role in digitalizing the Bank’s core wealth management business

• Translate and execute strategic priorities in a hands-on manner with a "can-do-attitude”

• Engage pro-actively with various stakeholders, coordinate, facilitate prioritization of transformation agenda

• Support digitalization of RM and client journey end-to-end with a focus on RM and client experience

• Ensure front-centric approach and perspective in all undertakings

• Coordinate activities & initiatives with DBT Management, COO organization as well as Front Business Management

• Play an active role in establishing a new mandate and help the organization to facilitate a cultural shift

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline

• At least 5 years experience in project and change management in the financial industry, preferably in a global bank

• Good knowledge of the private banking industry and its services and products

• Profound understanding of front perspective and sensibility for digital experiences

• Ability to develop and implement concepts

• Ability to collaborate successfully with various external stakeholders on all levels of the organization

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and German

• Highly motivated, solution-oriented team player, taking ownership with can-do attitude and contributing to a positive work environment

• Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint
