Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
Agency Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to foster trust and loyalty.
- Assist agents in achieving their sales targets by providing guidance, resources, and motivation.
- Track and analyze agency performance metrics; provide feedback and strategies for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to expand agency network and recruit new agents.
- Ensure agency operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on agency performance and market trends for management review.
