• Oversee and lead repair introduction initiatives for PW4000, CFM56, PW1100G, and Leap-1A/-1B engines
• Solicit pertinent technical OEM repair data to facilitate make-or-buy analysis
• Compile and present an initial data package based on EASA Part 145 for repair decision-making
• Establish the structure and project plan for repair projects, including FAI and documentation
• Execute project management in accordance with the plan and identify mitigations when necessary
• Maintain open communication with all relevant stakeholders throughout the project
• Request necessary OEM documents (technical data, approvals) and oversee data exchange
• Collate all repair documentation and ensure the publication of these documents in the system
• Offer assistance to Quality, Process Engineering, and Tooling Engineering during process audits

• Possession of a Scientific/Technical degree (EQF Level 6 or Level 7 or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing technologies
• Proficiency in English (B1), with German being highly recommended
• Initiative and adaptability with a robust achiever mindset
• Cross-functional thinker
• Effective team collaborator and communicator
