We are currently supporting a leading consultancy client who is seeking an experienced
Nonprofit Consultant
to join their expert team. This opportunity involves supporting major Swiss nonprofit organisations through large-scale digital transformation programmes, including migration from legacy systems to modern Salesforce platforms.
This role requires strong nonprofit domain experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and fluency in German (C2/native level preferred).

Required Skills / Experience:
- Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and/or Nonprofit Success Pack
- Minimum 1+ year experience working within the nonprofit sector
- Strong understanding of nonprofit business processes and digital transformation
- Experience guiding organisations from legacy systems to new Salesforce platforms
- Stakeholder engagement and advisory capability
- Entrepreneurial mindset – self-organised, ownership-driven, collaborative
- Fluent German (C2 or native level required)
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
