Your role

Are you looking for a new challenge within an international environment?

As a Securities Specialist you will:
• be processing, supervising and validating Private Placement Hedge Fund Transfers
• build and maintain Internal / external stakeholder relationships
• act as subject matter expert in Private Placement Hedge Fund Settlements, liaise between custodians and transfer agents to ensure timely settlements
• identify Control Deficiencies and mitigate P&L and reputational risk
• contribute to the development of new technological enhancements to improve processes and workflow

Your team

We offer a position within an open minded, multi cultural and multi language section. Your team is organizationally part of WM Operations Switzerland Securities Settlement Non Order Room and consolidates the end to end process of asset transfers for booking center CH. We offer the opportunity to work in a flexible and dynamic team with many years of experience. In addition we are operating internationally within a Front to Back integrated business model. This position offers you interesting insights into the entire value chain within the securities lifecycle, market and infrastructure. You will be trusted with your own working hours, giving you the opportunity to balance and achieve your professional and personal goals. Your expertise

• banking/commercial or comparable education
• first experience gained in the field of operations
• fluent English, German is an advantage
• very good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• proactive, adaptable, with a solution oriented way of thinking (keen to deliver highest level of quality services)
• curious, eager to learn, able to self-develop and to critically self-evaluate, independent, attentive to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and to multitask
• excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, an absolute team player
• responsible and conscious of risks. Attention to quality and client satisfaction is imperative
