About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Acting in three roles Architect, Manager, and Orchestrator to enable transparency through regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.
• Leading and supporting financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and consistent financial results provided across all deliverables.
• Performing last‑mile validation and audit checks on financial reports to secure reliable and consistent reporting outputs.
• Managing, designing and standardizing the financial governance instruments and processes (including financial steering concept, dimensions, attributes and KPIs).
• Planning, executing, and leading related cross-functional data projects (e.g. data governance and master data management enhancements).
• Designing ad-hoc analysis on request of top management for fact-based decision making.
• Acting as an internal consultant and advisor to other team members within Business Finance and beyond whenever profound and in-depth knowledge about financial reporting is required.
• Working with financial reporting and dashboarding tools to ensure efficient and high‑quality financial reporting.
• Supporting the introduction and establishment of Power BI as the main reporting tool and ensuring its successful adoption.

About you

• University degree, preferably in Management, Economics or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
• Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
