Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a 'SWAT' team of ex-Top Tier Strategy Consultants within Salesforce. As a Strategic Account Advisor, you will be instrumental in driving business transformation for our largest and most strategic accounts. We seek highly talented and passionate individuals who can articulate the transformative power of our AI-driven solutions. You will develop deep insights into complex enterprise business dynamics, shaping customer change agendas by defining account strategies, delivering compelling C-level value propositions, build robust investment justifications, and craft commercial
structures for high-value deals (including negotiations and closing)
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to define and execute commercial strategies, prioritizing initiatives based on customer pain points, value creation, and strategic objectives.
Develop and deliver compelling investment justifications to secure customer funding, identifying and analyzing key business value drivers.
Articulate how Salesforce solutions digitally transform customer businesses at scale.
Engineer attractive deal proposals, clearly articulating their value.
Create and present impactful C-level propositions that drive strategic technology decisions.
Experience & Skills:
Mandatory experience from a Top-Tier Strategy Consulting Firm: Senior Consultant to Project Leader level.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven capacity to generate, quantify, and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to C-suite executives.
Strong influencing capabilities, coupled with a self-starter mentality and high energy.
Robust inclination towards the (AI) Technology & Enterprise Software industry.
Demonstrated appetite for working in a consultative, strategic selling environment.
Candidates must be allowed to work in Switzerland; relocation or visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
