Senior Customer Service Management Consultant (ServiceNow CSM) – DACH

Our client, a leading IT management and ServiceNow partner in the DACH region, is seeking a Senior CSM Consultant to join their team in Switzerland, Germany or Austria.

Role Overview:

Develop, implement, and optimize ServiceNow CSM solutions, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful ServiceNow initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions
• Independently manage projects and sub-projects
• Lead workshops and training sessions
• Conduct client meetings and presentations (German & English)
• Manage CSM integrations with other systems
• Mentor project staff and transfer knowledge internally
• Support sales activities

Candidate Profile:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years ServiceNow experience, focusing on CSM
• Strong knowledge of configuring, implementing, and managing CSM solutions
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other business systems
• ServiceNow System Administrator and CIS certifications
• JavaScript skills (desirable)
• Fluent German and strong English
• Structured, goal-oriented, and independent
• Excellent communication and team skills
