We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect to join our IT Service Management engineering team. In your role you will the main technical architect of ServiceNow for Bank Julius Baer.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) and IT infrastructure
• Experience of at least 7 years as ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
• Fluent written and spoken English. German is a plus
