As a
Supervisor
you will
be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an efficient team, advising on safety, quality, delivery and continuous improvements in collaboration with internal departments as appropriate.
You will ensure that the organization and processes meet all operation requirements (KPIs) in accordance with the engine services operational schedule and OEM/ regulatory guidelines.
Your tasks
- Guarantee for all employees a workplace that complies with all Safety, Health and Environmental rules, regulations and requirements, while ensuring the quality of workmanship in accordance with all applicable SRT and airworthiness authorities’ rules and regulations at all times
- Assign employees to their jobs and maintain vacation planning in accordance with engine planning and monitor labour efficiency
- Organize support across SR Technics departments to assure performance as well tools, equipment and work documentation
- Actively manage human resources to ensure availability of skills to always meet demand
- Focus on training and development needs for employees and department
- Execute and promote Continuous Improvements in applying Lean principles to achieve the organization targets
- Manage and improve related processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPI)
- Drive a strong performance culture by setting periodic targets, conducting regular structured follow‑ups with all employees, and applying the Performance Management Process (PMP) with leadership focused on motivation and engagement
Your Profile
- Technical education
- Operational & managerial experience in the aviation industry
- Proven ability to provide effective management of allocated manpower and resources
- Proven ability to communicate issues to management, with suggested solutions
- Demonstrate working knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures to the required level
- Good command of verbal and written English level B2, German at level C1
- Positive attitude and solutions orientated
- Demonstrate good communication and team orientated working with an ability to manage
