• Supervision and coordination of external UX agencies, freelancers, and internal teams.
• Management of usability tests, A/B tests, and user research with tools like Figma, FullStory, and Optimizely.
• Prioritization of UX improvements and close collaboration with frontend developers.
• Development of a design system strategy that ensures consistency and scalability.
• Front-End Development for Testing purposes

• State of the art Broad knowledge in UX, design thinking, quantitative user research, and growth-driven design (GDD).
• Enperience with traffic-heavy platforms
• Experience with frontend-related UX optimizations and testing methods.
• Ability to coordinate agencies, multiple internal stakeholders, tech stacks and conflicting interest across all parties and build an effective UX ecosystem.
• Strategic vision combined with strong practical implementation skills.
• Understanding of conversion optimization and data-driven UX decisions.
• Knowledge in AI, NLP, and search engine algorithms: Understanding how modern search engines and their algorithms work.
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to measure SEO performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on culture: We are a practice-oriented, experimental team with lots of freedom to implement ideas and scale AI i
• Language Skills: Business English and Basic German is a must, French and Italian are an advantage.
