With EasySell, Swiss people send us their clothes – and we inspect, list and sell them on their behalf. To keep things moving in our warehouse, we’re looking for a team of EasySell Warehouse & Listing Associates who love being on the move, bring tons of energy and get things done – fast.

Missions

🎯 You’ll be the engine of EasySell. No desk, no sitting still: you turn piles of incoming bags into great-looking listings, keep the warehouse running and get sold items out the door fast. Lots of action, lots of fashion, and a team that has your back.

To do so, here are your responsibilities:

• 📦 Receive incoming bags and sort items into sellable and non-sellable, following our clear quality guidelines.

• 📸 Photograph items according to our internal standards and create listings in our system.

• 👜 Set aside items from specific brands for our authentication specialist to check before they go live.

• 🏷️ Store and label items so they’re easy to find once sold.

• 🚚 Pick, pack and prepare sold items for shipping, and handle returns following our procedure.

• 🚀 Flag anything unclear and share ideas to make our workflows faster and better.

Work rate and Location

This role is ideal for someone looking for part-time work – whether you're a student balancing studies, a parent managing family life, or anyone seeking a 40-50% work rate.

You’ll join us full days or half-days in our warehouse, located in Zurich Manegg. We plan shifts together, so it fits around your studies or other commitments.

Requirements

• 🇬🇧 Fluent in English

• ⚡ High energy and always on the move – you’d rather be sorting, lifting and packing than sitting at a desk.

• ✅ You get things done: fast, reliable and structured, even when the bags pile up.

• 🔁 You find your flow in repetitive tasks and keep quality high, even at speed.

• 💪 Happy to be on your feet for most of the shift and to carry boxes and bags.

• 💻 Confident with digital tools and smartphones.

• 💛 Team player who’s happy to jump in wherever needed.

• 👗 Nice to have: Interest in fashion and secondhand – you know your Zara from your Acne Studios.
