For our client, an international boutique trust company in Switzerland, Zug, we are looking for a German-speaking Accountant.

Tasks

• Independent management of client accounting
• Preparation of interim, monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with OR
• Management of financial accounting incl. liquidity planning
• Management of payroll accounting
• Connection of social insurances incl. annual declarations
• Technical management of 2 - 3 clerks/apprentices.lso international)
• Contract management
• Assistance in the compliance process
• Preparation of tax returns for legal entities
• Control of tax assessments and tax invoices
• Support and advice on international and national client mandates
• Making client payments
• Preparing, maintaining and updating client dossiers
• Digital and paper filing
• Preparation of minutes and powers of attorney
• Assistance in setting up / establishing a company
• Participation in internal meetings
• Leading professional presentations for internal training
• Technical management of 2 - 3 clerks/apprentice.

Requirements

• Commercial training
• Completed further training as a trustee FA/accountant FA
• At least 5 years' experience in trusteeship, advantageously in an international environment
• PC skills (Windows / Office / Sage / Abacus)
• Skill in dealing with clients
• Friendly appearance (also in difficult situations)
• Quality awareness (annual accounts, documents)
• Flexible and able to work under pressure
